A staff member in a blue shirt speaks with a community member at an outdoor stall. They are holding information brochures, and event displays can be seen in the background.

South East Water is making a plan.

It is a new plan for services and pricing.

Pricing means how much you pay for your services and the water you use.

This plan will last for 5 years.

It will last from 2028 - 2033.

When the plan is made the Essential Services Commission will look at it.

The Essential Services Commission makes sure prices are fair for people who use water.

It will say yes or no to the plan.
