Get involved! Help shape our 5-year plan

We’re preparing a plan that that will set out what services we’ll deliver, what we’ll invest, and how much you’ll pay as a South East Water customer between 2028-33.

Your feedback will help us decide: the drinking water, sewerage and recycled water services we provide, the infrastructure we build and upgrade, and the prices we set for these 5 years. We want to make sure our plan reflects what matters most to you.

It will be reviewed by the Essential Services Commission (ESC) to ensure that:

  • Our prices are fair
  • Our investments are responsible and customer‑focused.

This plan is called a price submission – and you’re invited to help.

How to have your say

Help us develop our plan by participating in any (or all) of these options. We’ll take on community recommendations wherever we can – and explain clearly when we can’t.

  • Take the online values survey for your chance to win a $100 gift card (open until 22 March, 11:59pm)
  • Download the survey and send it to us
  • Visit one of our 10 pop-up stalls across the south east between 1 March and 4 April
  • Email us to share your views

    Online survey

Share what matters most to you in our values survey. Tell us what you care about, help shape our future plans, and you’ll also have the chance to win one of five $100 gift cards.

    Pop ups

Come say hello at one of our community pop-ups! We’re out and about chatting with people about what matters most when it comes to water services in your neighbourhood. It’s a relaxed, easy way to share your thoughts, ask questions, and help shape our future plans.
